Shropshire tourism funding budget slashed in half
An organisation which promotes tourism in Shropshire has seen its annual funding slashed by more than half. Shropshire Tourism has been told by Shropshire Council that its funding for 2011/12 will drop by 54 per cent.

Airport board appoints new Executive Director of Northwest Florida Beaches Int’l
The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Board has hired a new executive director. Last month, the board demoted longtime Executive Director, Randy Curtis, to Director of Special Projects. At least one board member isn’t happy with the way the board handled the situation.
